There is 18 of us going to Disneyland in May how many tickets can be linked to one phone for the max pass ?

Hi, Brian! We are so happy to hEAR from you again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The first time I went to Disneyland Resort was with a large, extend-family group. We had so much fun and will remember it always. I know your family will too!

I have had as many as 12 tickets loaded into the Disneyland app, but have only needed to manage Disney MaxPass for half of them. So I consulted with Disneyland Resort cast members and learned the Disneyland app can be used to manage Disney FASTPASSES for as many as 10 tickets that have MaxPass purchased for them.

When visiting Disneyland Resort with large groups, there are occasionally times when groups naturally separate to accommodate different needs and desires. For example, I can imagine a scenario of getting FASTPASSES for three separate groups to go on Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, "it's a small world" and Matterhorn Bobsleds. I recommend scanning in as many tickets as the app will take, perhaps split across accounts on two or three devices, if necessary. And note that a given ticket may be scanned into more than one account. This will give added flexibility to mix and match different FASTPASS groups as needed. Each time you get FASTPASSES, the app will prompt you to indicate the desired groups of the tickets for the new FASTPASSES.

If you have your tickets already, including Disney eTickets, you are welcome to scan them into the Disneyland app before you even arrive at the parks. That way you can at least work out how many tickets may be scanned in and, if necessary, how they may be divided into various groups. Should you have specific trouble with accounts or adding tickets, you may email or call technical support at 714-520-6222.

    Have a magical time, Brian,
