4 of us are going to Disneyland. I have a Disney account with our linked tixs and hotel reservations. Should my wife and 2 adult kids log into my account to access their tickets/genie+ or create their own accounts and link their own ticket?

    Hi David, welcome to planDisney!

You have a great question, and I'm happy to give you my personal opinion and experience!

If you are planning to manage the theme park tickets and the Disney Genie+ service for your family, then it's perfectly acceptable to leave them all linked to your Disneyland Resort account. However, it sounds like your wife and kids may want to access their own tickets and Genie+ on their own mobile devices. If that's the case, then I highly recommend everyone create their own Disneyland Resort account, and link everyone's tickets to their own account. This will link everyone together as a group and will allow you all to book Genie+ attractions for each other, or split up separately if you want to do your own thing.

To do this, first, have everyone download the Disneyland Mobile App and create their own accounts. Then, to link everyone together as a group, everyone will need to add all the party member's tickets to their own Disneyland Mobile App. You can do this by opening up the Disneyland Mobile App, clicking the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, selecting "Tickets and Passes", and then selecting "Link Tickets & Passes". This will allow you to scan the barcode of each ticket that you would like to link.
