    Are there any urgent care clinics on site?

    Hi Susan!

    Disney does not offer guests an Urgent Care Center on site but there are several within a close distance. The closest hospital is the Celebration Hospital. If a guest needs any sort of medical attention they can ask the front desk cast members or the resort concierges for assistance. They will give them the names and numbers of Urgent Care locations and they can also call for a taxi if the guest does not have transportation. The one that is recommended most is the Centra Care locations. This is a walk up but often you can make an appointment on line now leaving you with a shorter wait time once you arrive. You can find more information at centracare.org or by calling 407-934-2273. This facility also offers transportation when needed.

    If you find you have an illness during your stay I would also recommend you consider using the in room service called Doctors on Call. That number is 407-399-DOCS. A licensed physician will come to your resort room and will call in any prescriptions if necessary and they will be delivered to the resort from the pharmacy. I have had to use this in the past and it was wonderful as I didn't have to take my daughter out and she could remain comfortable in the room.

    Please also note that each of the Disney parks will offer a First Aid Center. They can store medicine for the guests as well as treat for minor injuries and issues.
