Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Deanna!
I hope you had the most magical time at the
Walt Disney World Resort with your family, and that your camera roll is full of photos of your princess with that
Cinderella bubble wand! I am just enchanted by the ways that things like bubbles, balloons, and cotton candy bring out wonder and joy in kids of all ages, and I could honestly sit and watch little ones catch
bubbles and dance in splash pads throughout Walt Disney World all day long (okay, maybe give me a Dole Whip to enjoy while people watching).
It’s not magical that your daughter’s bubble wand turned into a pumpkin on your flight home. My Mouseketeers would tell you that this is what we just shouldn’t leave Disney, period. I’m sorry you’ve got a broken magic wand on your hands, and I’m hoping I can bring some bibbidi-bobbidi-boo into your life today.
I recommend contacting Merchandise Guest Services and explaining your situation. Let them know you really just need a new pumpkin to get the wand ready for Cinderella’s ball again, and provide as many details as you can – describe the bubble wand, where you purchased it, and, if you have the receipt, the SKU, price, or any other identifying information. This will help them work their magic. They can be reached at 877-560-6477 or via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. While I can’t guarantee they will be able to provide the part you need, but they are definitely the place to start.
I’m sending pixie dusted wishes that your princess has a working wand before the clock strikes midnight!
Have courage and be kind, and have a magical day!
