Hey there, hi there, ho there, Jennifer!
Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love helping my fellow Californians plan their dream getaways to the Disneyland Resort! I believe you’re referring to the red
Disability Access Service (DAS) tag that allows a stroller to be used as a wheelchair inside both theme parks. If you or child have any
disabilities or special needs that require you to bring your stroller through an attraction queue, you can stop by City Hall in Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park to obtain this tag. A Guest Relations Cast Member can help you make the proper accommodations for a comfortable and accessible visit. When my daughter broke her leg as a baby, this tag was helpful in transporting her through several attraction queues!
If you or your child don’t have any special needs that require this stroller tag, you’ll need to abide by the regular stroller-parking rules at both parks, which means you’ll need to park your stroller in front of attractions before entering.
Since you’re a California resident, have you seen the amazing
SoCal Resident Ticket Offer? It’s a fabulous deal for spending three fun-filled days in the Disneyland Resort! I recommend checking it out, since it can be used now through May 23, 2019.
I hope this helps as you continue planning. Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… I’m all EARs!
See ya’ real soon!
