Upon arrival at our resort, we plan to go to the concierge to add Express Transportation to our tickets. There are 17 of us in our group. Do all 17 need to go to the concierge together? Or can one person add it to all while others wait in their rooms?

    Hi Jennifer!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Express Transportation option is almost like your very own pumpkin carriage that will magically transport you from within one Walt Disney World Resort theme park to the inside of another park- no need to wait in line at the theme park entrance! Fairy Godmother certainly got this one right, and you don’t even have to worry about your bus turning into a pumpkin!

I contacted Guest Services on your behalf and the Cast Member said that because this is considered a theme park ticket upgrade, she was pretty sure that you would all have to be present, but she did say that sometimes exceptions are made. I would discuss it with your Lobby Concierge ahead of time or save time by setting a meeting time in the Disney Resort hotel lobby. You could even all visit at different times to add it onto your personal tickets if coordination is difficult.

I hope this answers your question and makes your magical vacation a little more worry-free! Have a fantastic time and we will see you again soon,
