    If upon arrival for our Disney vacation, can we upgrade our previously purchased tickets to an annual pass and still qualify for free dining promotion if available.

    Thank you for visiting us today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. A few months until your magical vacation, but in no time you will see how all four seasons come and go, and it will be time to go before you know it!

    Mickey tries to help our budgets with incredible Special Offers, and a very popular one (and my favorite) is a Free Dining Plan. As this is a special Magic Your Way Vacation Package, the offer includes a stay at a Disney Resort Hotel and Theme Park Tickets. However, in the past Guests have been able to apply the cost of the Tickets towards an Annual Pass. In order to do so, you must visit Guest Relations at the entrance of any of the Theme Parks or in Disney Springs, before using the last day of your Tickets as they would no longer be valid, and pay the corresponding difference in price. You may want to do right away, as an Annual Pass includes some incredible perks, like Memory Maker and discounts on food and gifts.

    One last tip: remember to start making advanced dining reservations 180 days before your Check-In. And as one of the many Disney Resort Hotel Guest Benefits, you'll be able to make them for your entire stay. Happy planning!
