Hi Keisha,
So great to hear that you're planning to spend some magical time at Walt Disney World Resort next coming March. A great time of the year to visit, and you'll be right there when
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival begins. Definitely not to be missed.
Disney Resort hotels check-in time is 3:00 p.m., with the exception of 4:00 p.m. for Disney Deluxe Villas, and 1:00 p.m. for Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. But the fun doesn't have to start that late. Even though your room may not be read, you can still enjoy your Resort hotel amenities, and activate your Theme Park Tickets and Disney Dining Plan entitlements. Simply stop by your Resort hotel early on and get your day started nice and early.
Now, to expedite the whole process, you can participate in
Online Check-In. The process is quick and easy and you can start this beginning 60 days before you arrive. You will be able to indicate an approximate time that you expect to arrive, and you can then simply stop by the Online Check-In desk to pick up your Welcome folder and
MagicBands (if they weren't mailed to you ahead of time).
One last tip: in certain situations, if you participate in Online Check-In and get your MagicBands ahead of time, you may be offered the option Direct-To-Room and then you would not need to stop the front desk, and may simply go straight to the Theme Parks or your room. You will receive your room number information via a text message once it's ready.
See you real soon!
Ricardo.
