I upgraded my park ticket to the incredi-pass but won't be visiting the parks until December. The pass is linked to MDE and showing an expiration date of September 2022. When I activate the pass in Dec 2021, will my expiration date change to Dec 2022?

    Hi Eric,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question about your new Disney Incredi-Pass.  I am so happy to hear that you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort later this year.  December is my favorite time of year to visit, I love the festive feel throughout all of the Theme Parks and Resort Hotels.

Your Incredi-Pass should be activated when you first scan and enter into a Theme Park, so when you do arrive at Walt Disney World Resort and finally enter into a Theme Park, double check that your expiry date does change.  If it still shows September, I would head over to Guest Relations and see if they are able to sort out the issue.  The only way that the date should stay as September is if you have used at least one day Theme Park Ticket this month, and then upgraded.  Since you would have already entered into a Theme Park, the expiration would be the first day you used your Theme Park Ticket.

If you haven't already done so, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass System as soon as possible.  Since you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Holiday Season, you want to make sure you have your Theme Park Reservations secured as early as possible, since capacity is limited.

I hope you have a fantastic first visit as a new Incredi-Pass Holder, Eric.  If you have any other questions, please come back and visit planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
