    I upgraded From the imagine key to the dream key at the ticket booth today but my app is still showing I have the imagine key. Does it just take time to update?

    Oh Boy, you’ve just unlocked even more magic! There’s so much to do and see at the Disneyland Resort, you’re going to have an incredible year, I’m sure of it!

    I do recommend logging out of your Disney account via the mobile app and giving it a few minutes before signing back in. Whenever I make a reservation change, I find that signing out usually gives the system time to process my new change. If this quick fix doesn’t seem to update your Magic Key changes on the mobile app, I do recommend reaching out to Magic Key Membership Services. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to double-check the status of your pass and provide assistance with making sure your mobile app reflects the correct information. You might even receive some help from the Website Support team.
