We upgraded to the deluxe dining plan for our trip in November. I know we will still pay for gratuity. We have disney gift cards. Can we use those for the tip at meals? Thank you.

    Hi Emily,

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  My family and I choose to upgrade to the Deluxe Dining Plan on most of our visits.  We love having a nice breakfast and dinner every day during our vacations!  You will be able to use your Disney Gift Cards to pay for gratuity and any other charges (specialty drinks etc.) at Dining Locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.  If you would like you could also add the amount to your MagicBand and then use your Disney Gift Cards to take care of the charges at the front desk of your Resort at the end of your stay.  This way is convenient because you don't need to worry about carrying around your gift cards and risk loosing them.

I hope you have a magical stay at Walt Disney World Resort Emily.  Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be happy to help.
