    How can I upgrade the tier of a previously purchased ticket so I can make a reservation on a date that costs $10 more? I also need to change a restaurant reservation but your web portal doesn't recognize the confirmation number you generated.

    Thanks for coming to planDisney and asking us a Disneyland Resort question. Your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here before you can say “bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!”

    Yes, if your existing theme park ticket is valid and unused, you’re able to upgrade to another ticket tier in person. Please visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth in the Esplanade between the two theme parks. Ticket upgrades of that kind cannot be made online or with the Disneyland mobile app at this time. If you have other specific ticket questions, you can also call the resort’s helpline at (714) 781-4636. 

    Dining reservations cannot be modified online, although you can cancel your reservation and book a new one if the original time or date no longer works for your group. You should be able to cancel it by logging into your Disney account on Disneyland.com or the Disneyland mobile app.
