Bienvenue, Nicole!
It's always a delight to help a fellow American Mouseketeer say
bonjour to Disneyland Paris. I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question!
I see that you're hoping to upgrade your
Disneyland Paris theme park tickets so that you can channel your inner Tigger and bounce between Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park each day. With so many
unique things to see, do, and taste in each theme park, that sounds like a
practically perfect idea to me!
Happily, Disneyland Paris's flexible booking conditions make changing your ticket type as easy as
bibbidi bobbidi boo!
- You'll begin by logging into your MyDisney account on the Disneyland Paris website and selecting 'My Bookings'.
- If you don't see an option to modify your ticket there, Hakuna Matata!
- As long as you purchased a 1-4 Day Dated Ticket, you can opt to cancel your ticket instead (up to 3 days before your chosen ticket date) for a full refund. Since you won't be traveling until August, you should have plenty of time! Once you've been refunded, you can use the same funds to purchase a 2-Park Ticket for the length of your choosing.
- If you're concerned that your ticket type doesn't qualify for the flexible booking policy, you'll want to reach out directly to Disneyland Paris using the email address or phone number provided in your ticket confirmation email. You can also contact the Client Relation Center here.
Once you have your tickets sorted, your pixie-dusted countdown can truly begin! Don't forget that you can begin
booking your tables (making dining reservations) via the Disneyland Paris website or mobile app up to two months in advance, but if you're anything like me, you'll be perusing menus well before that. After all, park hopping like Tigger is sure to lead to a few
rumblies in your tumbly.I hope this was helpful, Nicole! If any additional questions arise before you're in the middle of the magic, feel free to come see us again at
planDisney. We're always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
