Park Hopper Option is something a lot of Guests ask about, so you’re definitely not alone here.
Unfortunately, there isn't a single, set price for upgrading a ticket to a Park Hopper, and that's why it can be tricky to find a straight answer. The cost of an upgrade depends on several factors that are specific to your trip, like the time of year you're visiting, how many days your ticket covers, and the type of ticket you currently have. Because of that, there's no way for me, or anyone outside of Disney's system, to tell you exactly how much your upgrade would be.
The good news is that finding out is actually very easy. The best way to get an accurate answer is to
call the Walt Disney World help center directly. A Cast Member will be able to pull up your reservation or ticket, look at your exact dates and ticket type, and tell you precisely what the price difference would be to add the Park Hopper option. If you decide it's something you'd like to move forward with, they can also take care of the upgrade for you right then and there.
I always recommend doing this sooner rather than later if you're seriously considering hopping between parks, simply because it gives you more flexibility as you plan your days. But there's absolutely no pressure. You can gather the information first and decide when it feels right. In fact, you can upgrade your ticket in person before your last usage date!
