    How do you Upgrade ticket tier online or by phone? Or can I do it at Guest services the day I of without a reservation?

    I see you are just a few days away from your visit to Disneyland Resort - hurray! You will be enjoying the magic very soon, and I hope you have the best time.

    You are welcome to upgrade your existing ticket by visiting the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth on the day of your visit. You will need a theme park reservation to enter the park, so be sure to take care of that step - you should check the reservation availability calendar and also the blockout dates for your ticket tier to ensure your plans will work. All Guests ages 3 and older must have a theme park reservation in order to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. 

    While you may not upgrade a ticket online or using the Disneyland app, you may be able to take care of your request by calling and speaking with a Cast Member in Ticket Services. Wait times are longer than usual right now, so bring something to multitask with while you are on hold.
