    Can I upgrade my ticket to a magic key at the park?

    Hello there Denise, welcome to planDisney!  Thank you for stopping by with your great question.  

    At the current time, Disneyland Resort Magic Key Passes are only available for renewal, and new sales of Magic Key Passes are paused at this time.  I definitely recommend following the official Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holder Instagram account, as they always share the latest and greatest news about Magic Key sales as well as any exciting benefits exclusively for Magic Key Holders.  The Disneyland Resort site is also a great resource to explore the discounts available for Magic Key Holders so you can have that information on hand for future reference.  

    How exciting that you'll be visiting the "Happiest Place on Earth" during Halloween Time, it's one of my favorite times of year to visit!  The seasonal overlays that select attractions receive are a can't miss in my opinion. Haunted Mansion Holiday in Disneyland Park has received a festive twist inspired by Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark in Disney California Adventure Park transforms into an exciting adventure on a quest to rescue Groot!
