    I want to upgrade theme park tickets to include park hopper. Do I have to have the magic bands with me to do so?

    Hey there, Linda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for stopping by to bring us your question. 

    You are just days away from your magical visit to the place where the magic is endless. I bet your excitement levels are rising as your countdown shortens. I hope you’re ready for a jolly holiday with Mickey!

    Linda, since you haven’t arrived, I would go ahead and call the ticket line where they can get you set up with the park hopper option. That way, you won’t have to waste any time during your vacation getting this set up. Simply call 407-939-7523 and a friendly Cast Member will take care of upgrading your tickets. 

    Once you are at the parks, you can upgrade your tickets by visiting any ticket window or Guest Relations desk. You will need either your MagicBands or your Card tickets so the Cast Member assisting you can scan them and work their magic adding some park hopper pixie dust to your tickets.
