It may not seem like it quite yet, but your Walt Disney World Vacation is SO soon! I bet it is going to feel like you blinked, and suddenly you're off to enjoy Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration with your family. And what a party it is! So, let’s not waste another minute and answer your question, shall we?
To make changes to your Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation, head to the Walt Disney World website and click on the My Disney Experience logo to log into your account. Once logged in, hover over the same logo and select “My Plans” from the drop-down menu. Then, scroll down until you see your reservation, and click on the “Change Reservation” button on the right side of the screen. From there, scroll down to “Room Type” and click “Change” to view any available room upgrade options. If you find something you like, select the new room type, and click on the green “Select” button at the bottom of your screen. Your cart will then update, and you’ll be taken to a page to view your new reservation total. Then, you’re all set!
Now, when you’re ready to make a payment toward your vacation, all you’ll need to do is follow the steps below:
- First, open up the Walt Disney World Resort website.
- Then, log in to your My Disney Experience account.
- Now, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner, then select "My Plans" from the dropdown menu.
- Next, scroll down to your vacation details, and click on the "Make a Payment" link.
- Finally, follow the prompts to make your payment, and you are all set.
Now, if you do not see the "Make a Payment" link, you’ll just need to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team at (407) 939-1936. They will happily take care of this for you over the phone.
