    We want to upgrade our resort to Port Orleans Riverside since it will be open by our December stay. Can we do it online, because I've been on hold for 2 hrs. and 40 minutes?

    I am happy to share that you are welcome to try modifying your reservation online! Sign in to My Disney Experience and visit My Plans. Scroll down to find your reservation details and select Change Reservation. You will be allowed to explore options and attempt to make modifications to your travel dates, Disney Resort hotel, room type, and more! All modifications are subject to availability, and please note that new charges may apply. If you booked your Disney vacation with a travel professional, please contact them for assistance.

    planDisney tip: Have you heard about Disney MagicMobile? This is a great service that allows Guests to use their mobile devices to enter the theme parks (with valid admission). Use the My Disney Experience app to create a Disney MagicMobile pass, add it to your digital wallet and head straight to the parks to enjoy your day!
