    I want to upgrade my reservation which is still in 20 days - from a Value Resort to a Moderate Resort. I'm i able to do it online? I don't live in United States so i guess i have to make an international call. Is there any way i can do it online?

    Hi Brissa! Your trip is coming up quickly so I would certainly take the time and money and make a call to see if there is availability to switch to a moderate resort.  There are cancellation fees and by trying to do some changes on line this could result in you canceling one reservation, getting a charge for penalty fees, and then have to put down new deposit for new reservation to a moderate resort. It would be better to talk with a person to decide the best way to change and alter your resort accommodations for this trip.  Better to be safe then sorry!
