Hiya, Anna!
Thank you so much for sending this
Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR at planDisney! I'm Kristen, and I'm happy to be your planEAR today!
I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to peek inside your My Disneyland Account, Anna, but it sounds like you might have the
Disneyland Resort 1-day Admission Tickets which are linked to a
tiered use calendar. While Theme Park Admission Tickets are non-refundable, wholly unused tickets can be upgraded to any other ticket sold directly from Disneyland as long as the new ticket is the same price or higher than the ticket you currently hold. This includes upgrading a lower tier 1-day ticket to a higher tier (ex: a tier 2 to a tier 5), upgrading a 1-day ticket to a multi-day ticket, etc. To upgrade, you'll need to either call the
Disneyland Resort Ticketing Helpline at (714) 781-4636 or you can wait until you're actually at Disneyland Resort to make the upgrade in person.
Waiting until you're steps away from the turnstiles of The Happiest Place on Earth might be a little risky as you'll also need to make a
Park Pass Reservation for each of your Disney Days, which kind of tell Mickey and his friends which theme park you and your Mouseketeers plan on playing in and on which day. Park Pass Reservations can book up solid in the weeks leading up to a planned visit. In fact, hEARs the current
Park Pass Reservation Calendar so you can get an idea of what things look like around your desired Disney dates.
