    How can you upgrade your refillable mug on your dining plan ?

    Hi Frank!

    Thank you for being here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m happy to hEAR that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort! I’m even happier to hEAR that you have added a Disney Dining Plan to your reservation! My family and I cannot vacation without the Disney Dining Plan, we love it! 

    When it comes to upgrading your refillable mug, you can absolutely do that once you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel. My family always activates our mugs at the resort’s Quick-Service dining location. Prior to activating your mug, be sure to grab the stainless steel mug you are wanting, and let the Cast Member know you want to upgrade your mug! Don’t forget to let Cast Member know that you are on a dining plan, and they will be happy to assist you with your upgrade. Keep in mind, upgrading your mug does cost a little more, so you will have to pay separately for the upgrade. 
     
    As you continue to plan for your visit, start looking at the many dining locations available throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. That way, you can begin making your dining reservations 180 days prior to your arrival! I also recommend downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can track your dining entitlements using the app!
