    Hi Brandy:

For families traveling with younger or older members, I generally do not advise on Park Hopper tickets.  There is so much walking at Disney World and so much to see at every Park that it can be tough on younger, or even older, family members to hop from Park to Park.  Park Hoppers can be useful if you are adventurous and energetic enough to run from Park to Park throughout the day.  They also can be useful if you plan to eat a lot of meals inside the Parks.  For example, my family enjoys eating at Epcot's World Showcase.  If we visit a different Park besides Epcot that day, we'll need a Park Hopper ticket to enter Epcot to eat dinner.  But in general, I think Park hopping just for rides and attractions can be exhausting and too time-consuming for some family members.

Given the ages of your party, I would only recommend Park Hopper if you plan to hop no more than once a day.  For example, Park Hopper would be worth it if you plan to head to Magic Kingdom during the day, return to the Resort to rest and then head to Epcot for dinner or fireworks, or if you plan to head to Animal Kingdom during the day, return to the Resort to rest and then head to Hollywood studios for show or dinner.  But given the ages of your party, my gut tells me that you will not get much use of of Park hopping to multiple Parks during the day if it's only to enjoy more variety of rides and attractions.

    Enjoy your vacation.
