    Can I upgrade my park passes to parkhopper ahead of time, or should I wait until arrival? If I wait, Where and when can I upgrade? Thanks.

    Hello, Dan!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    If you purchased your tickets as part of a Walt Disney World Resort package, you can simply call (407)939-7675 and a Cast Member will upgrade your tickets to include the Park Hopper Option.  This way, once you arrive, you are all set to "hop" to your heart's delight.  

    If you purchased your tickets separately, you can visit any of the four WDW theme parks and head on over to any ticket booth.  A Cast Member will be more than happy to help you with your upgrade.
