    Can you upgrade your mickeys not so scary Halloween party ticket to an annual pass?

    Hello Randi!
    Thanks for stoping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask us a question! Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets are special event tickets only for use on that particular night that they were purchased for. Unfortunately these type of special event tickets are not eligible for upgrading to an Annual Pass. If you have regular theme park tickets, then they typically can be used to upgrade to Annual Pass provided that they are valid tickets, still have unused days remaining on them, and they are not comp or free tickets (the tickets themselves will have this detail on the back of them-whether they are able to be upgraded). I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly amazing in every way!
