    Hello, I would like to upgrade my Magic key pass. When I originally got our Disney Passes the Enchanted Key was not available. Right now I am in the queue to get a pass will I be able to upgrade from Imagine to Enchanted?

    Well hello there, Dianne!

    Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’ve been enjoying an Imagine Magic Key for a while just like me! My little man-cub pouncing around and causing chaos in the new Mickey’s Toontown. And let's not forget about all the delectable treats we've seen on Disney Eats on Instagram.

    I was considering upgrading to the Enchant Key for more weekend and summer options, but I'm afraid I have some troubling news, Dianne. As of the time I am writing this, the only Magic Keys up for grabs are the Imagine and the Inspire. So for now, your only option for an upgrade is the Inspire pass.

    But, like Simba’s very intense Uncle Scar always says, let's Be Prepared. The Disneyland Resort promised that they'll be dropping more sales throughout 2023 as they become available, so our teeth and ambitions are bared.

    So Dianne, when that time comes, you will need to make a trip to the ticketing booths in person to upgrade. Just be aware that you'll have to pay the difference between your current pass and the Enchant immediately. Sadly, there are no payment plans available for upgrades.
