Hey, howdy, hey, Hailey!
Yeehaw! You’ll be havin' a rootin', tootin' time at the Disneyland Resort. I betcha can’t wait for your chance to give it a whirl.
Doubling the magic of a visit by adding the Park Hopper option to your
theme park ticket may be possible. To do so, you will need to stop by a main entrance ticket booth. Ticket upgrades may be done from one ticket type to another of equal or greater value. The new ticket should also not have fewer entitlements than the original ticket if the ticket has already been activated. For example, you may not downgrade from a Park Hopper ticket if the ticket has already been partially used. To upgrade, you’ll simply pay the difference between the price originally paid and the current-day price.
I do have an important item to consider first. Please make sure you consult the
theme park reservation availability calendar before upgrading to a
Park Hopper ticket. That is because the set of park reservations for Park Hopper tickets is separate from the set for One Park Per Day tickets. So you’ll want to make sure that park reservations are available for Park Hopper tickets at the time you make the upgrade. You will still need to book a new reservation after you get the new ticket.
Even if you find that Park Hopper park reservations aren’t available, there is still plenty of fun to enjoy.
Disney California Adventure Park may be closing a little earlier than usual. But there will still be 10 hours of
Haul-O-Ween,
seasonal treats,
saving the galaxy (including
Monsters After Dark after 3 PM), and being
Incredible. And don’t forget the fun to be found in the
Downtown Disney District. There, you’ll find
dining and
entertainment options, including the limited-time
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit scavenger hunt.
Have a magical time, Hailey!
