    Can I upgrade my current pass over the phone? Or only at the ticket booth on-site? Also, can the difference in the upgrade be paid monthly after paying the required down payment?

    Welcome to planDisney! I’m thrilled to hear you’ve been making the most out of your Magic Key pass this year! It’s always awesome to connect with fellow Magic Key holders—don’t you just love being part of the fun-est club ever?  Hey, did you manage to get your hands on one of those special foam Panda Mei paws for the "Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!" Parade last month? They were so fun!

    Now Arthur, I hate to be the bearer of less-than-magical news, but if you’re looking to upgrade your Magic Key pass before your contract is up, you’ll need to head over to the ticket booths in person and pay the difference in full. Sadly, there aren’t any payment plans available for upgrades before the end of your year.

    I know this isn’t the problem-free philosophy you were hoping for, Aurthur, but if you have any more questions or need some pixie-dusted advice, just give me a shout—I'm always here to lend a hand.
