how can i upgrade from base ticket to hopper

Greetings, Sonja, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You may be able to upgrade or modify your Disney Theme Park Ticket within 14 days of the ticket’s first use and if the ticket has remaining admissions. Please note that Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and may not be downgraded.

Disney Theme Park Tickets that were purchased prior to 2005 cannot be upgraded but, if these tickets do not have an expiration date and have any remaining unused admissions, then the tickets remain valid until all unused admissions are used.

Upgrades for allowable Disney Theme Park Tickets may include:
-Upgrading to a Regular or Peak Ticket
    -Adding days
    -Adding the Park Hopper Option
-Adding the Water Park Fun & More Option

Disney Theme Park Ticket upgrades must be made in person at the following Walt Disney World Resort locations:
    -Theme Park Ticket windows
    -Guest Relations
-Lobby Concierge at Disney Resort hotels
