Hi Salvatore,
How nice of you to drop by planDisney with a question!
If you are an existing
Annual Passholder, I am happy to wave hello to a fellow Annual Passholder! At this time, existing Annual Passholders can upgrade their passes. Current
upgrade guidance says you must pay the difference in price and your pass expiration date will remain the same as the expiration date of your original pass. I will also add, be sure to select a pass for which you meet the eligibility requirements.
If you are looking to
upgrade theme park tickets to an Annual Pass, you may be able to do so. I suggest that you
contact a cast member with the Annual Passholders support line who can review the specific details of your existing tickets and determine eligibility for the upgrade.
As you consider making the upgrade, I do suggest that you review all of the
Benefits of the Annual Passholder Program. When we became Annual Passholders, we first had an Annual Pass with no Blockout dates. This year, we have the Sorcerer Pass which we were able to purchase as Disney Vacation Club members. This pass does have Blockout dates. With both passes, we have enjoyed the
discounts on merchandise, entertainment, and dining. My family has especially enjoyed some of the
Enchanting Extras Collection experiences!
Salvatore, I hope you are able to get that upgrade. And then, plan, plan, plan!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
