Is there a way of updating the booking on my disney experience to show the new holiday dates as we have had to change our holiday from september this year to september next year due to the current Covid situation?

    Hello Emma,

As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, it really is always such a delight for me to have the pixie-dusted opportunity to welcome a fellow British Guest who also, like me, visits the magic of Walt Disney World Resort from across the pond!

Having had to endure past missed holidays to Walt Disney World Resort due to the current Covid-19 global pandemic, I can totally relate to your enquiry.  Emma, we can only hope that as we continue Returning to a World of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort, that the current international travel restrictions will be lifted in the very near future to enable us ALL to travel to the Sunshine State of Florida.

When thinking about your recent update to your Walt Disney Travel Company holiday booking, I wonder if those changes just might take a few days to readjust as the new dates are populated on your My Disney Experience account.  In my own personal experience, I've found that sometimes updates or changes within My Disney Experience can take a few days or so to show up.

Hopefully, with just a bibbidi bobbidi boo your jolly holiday booking to Walt Disney World Resort will have updated itself to September 2022!  However, if in a few days it is still showing up as the previous dates, then my best suggestion would be for you to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can take a more detailed look at it for you.

It's easy to contact Cast Members by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Emma, prior to calling, you'll want to be sure to have close to hand your Walt Disney Travel Company booking confirmation number and any other pertinent information.

Emma, I hope that I've been able to offer you a little insight today.  If you should have any further questions about your 2022 Autumn holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to planDisney.  I'm always happy to help wherever possible!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
