Hey Howdy Hey Chelsea and welcome back to planDisney!
While we have welcomed back many experiences in Walt Disney World Resort since the COVID-19 closures, there still are a few options we continue to wait for word from Disney if they will come back and to what capacity. Thank you for your question as these two experiences at
Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom and
Garden Grill in EPCOT are two we continue to wait for. Let's see if we can come up with any news as well as backup plans if needed.
We have been fortunate enough to have the dining experiences at Be Our Guest and Garden Grill return however not fully. Both did have an option for breakfast before COVID-19 which has not returned for either experience. Disney continues to keep those plans on the fate of a breakfast option in doubt as we have no word either way if they will return. If we do get an announcement on the status, this might come with announcements of other experiences as well. You can keep up with the latest information over at
Disney Parks Blog if anything does change in the near future.
The best part about a trip to Walt Disney World Resort is your options. There are several in each park and if those specific options you wanted are not available for breakfast, you can check out other locations for delicious experiences. If you wanted a table service option for breakfast in EPCOT, I would highly suggest you look into
La Creperie de Paris in the France Pavillion. This experience is phenomenal. Everything from the coffee to the sweet and savory crepes is so delicious and is a great pick. A quick service option would be towards the front of the park at
Connections Cafe. The cafe is a Starbucks location with many tasty breakfast options you can enjoy while you sip your morning brew in a newly opened contemporary space.
Over in Magic Kingdom, your options for table service locations are limited.
Cinderella's Royal Table is one of the few table service locations for breakfast you can enjoy. Several areas around Magic Kingdom do offer quick service breakfast options which are some of the best in the park.
Sleepy Hollow has a fruit and Nutella waffle that is amazing.
The Friar's Nook is another option for Sausage and Gravy Tots which are savory treats you won't want to pass by.
Around Magic Kingdom, you do also have the option to check out many of the resorts for breakfast options as well.
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort and
'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort are great table service and character meal options you can enjoy and then take a quick monorail trip to Magic Kingdom for the day.
Best of luck as you continue to plan for your big 60-day dining reservation day! If you have any further questions please feel free to let us know, we would be happy to help!
Happy planning,
Nick
