Hi there Meghann!
Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for sending your question our way. I'd be happy to assist you.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is in the midst of an extensive renovation that has already brought us beautifully refurbished Mary Poppins-inspired guest rooms as well as refreshed exterior and interior public spaces. Just last month,
1900 Park Fare began welcoming back diners to an updated character meal featuring "wish makers," Tiana, Mirabel, Aladdin, and Cinderella. We have yet to learn an exact completion date for the remaining construction projects or the reopening of this resort's Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location, so I recommend watching the
Disney Parks Blog and
our Instagram page for news.
For several years, my daughter has wanted to experience a royal makeover at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. If your stay includes visiting
Magic Kingdom Park, consider making an appointment for your little princess at
the boutique here. Reservations go quickly, so I recommend booking as soon as possible, starting 60 days before your vacation begins.
If you plan to remain at your resort, and your daughter is at least 5 years old, you could also enjoy select spa experiences.
The Grand Floridian Spa offers young relaxation seekers a few nail and salon services. A mother-daughter pedicure sounds like a lovely way to spend a morning or afternoon at the resort! You can make reservations for spa services online.
I hope this is helpful, Meghann! Best wishes for an enchanting escape with your sweet daughter. If there's anything else we at planDisney can do to further enhance your July trip, don't hesitate to reach out again. Thanks again for stopping by, and have a bibbidi bobbidi beautiful day!
