    I updated my password but now my fingerprint doesn’t work. Where do I update that to match my new password?

    I’m so glad to hear that you’re getting ready for an adventure to Walt Disney World Resort by updating your My Disney Experience Mobile App! I recently updated my password on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, so I think I can successfully walk you through the steps! 

    -Open the “Settings” feature within your mobile device. 
    -Find and select the “Fingerprint ID & Passcodes” option. 
    -Reset your Fingerprint ID. 
    -Then find the My Disney Experience Mobile App option (within your “Settings” app). 
    -Turn off the “Fingerprint ID” option and then turn it back on again. 

    This should successfully reset your Fingerprint, June!
