I’m so glad to hear that you’re getting ready for an adventure to 
Walt Disney World Resort by updating your My Disney Experience Mobile App! I recently updated my password on the 
My Disney Experience Mobile App, so I think I can successfully walk you through the steps! 
-Open the “Settings” feature within your mobile device. 
-Find and select the “Fingerprint ID & Passcodes” option. 
-Reset your Fingerprint ID. 
-Then find the My Disney Experience Mobile App option (within your “Settings” app). 
-Turn off the “Fingerprint ID” option and then turn it back on again. 
This should successfully reset your Fingerprint, June!
