Deborah from Herts Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I just updated my party to add my 15 yr old daughter’s email address to the app so she too can update our itinerary, but it has changed her age to 18+. I’m not sure why or if it would cause any problems elsewhere? I wanted to do the same for my 13 yr old?

    Hiya Deborah!

Welcome to planDisney! I did some experimenting and I think you may have put the incorrect birth year for your daughter's profile. Head to your Family & Friends List, go to your daughter's profile, click "Settings" and ensure the age and date are set correctly. Make sure to "Save!" It's important to have accurate information for each guest.  There is one main thing an 18-year-old can do that a 15-year-old can't. Credit cards or payment information cannot be saved onto the account of anyone under the age of 18. Your kids will just have to enter their payment information manually each time they purchase Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering or Merchandise Mobile Checkout. Other than that, anyone 13 and older can make their own MyDisney account and make plans for themselves and others. Your teenagers can help book Lightning Lanes if you use Disney Genie+ or try to help grab a spot on the Virtual Queue

So, Deborah, feel free to fix your older daughter's account and make your second child's account. Let them be a part of the planning as I'm sure they will be a great help! You may need their help to have a chance to enjoy Tiana's Bayou Adventure! It's only able to be enjoyed right now through Virtual Queue or Lightning Lane via Disney Genie+! It's a must-do!

    Happy Plannning!
