Hello, Katie!
Thanks so much for stopping by
planDisney to ask us your question. Your visit to the
Disneyland Resort this fall will be here faster than Pooh can finish a pot of delicious honey!
As you already heard,
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh has been closed due to its location in Critter Country (soon be known as Bayou Country!), which has been under construction. Bayou Country will be the home to The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes, and newly reimagined Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree. The official opening date for
Tiana's Bayou Adventure is set for November 15, but the
Disney Parks Blog also shared that
some areas may open earlier. There is a chance that you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of Winnie the Pooh during your October visit!
In addition to keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates, I recommend checking the Hours & Events Calendar as your trip approaches and information for more dates becomes available. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that you’ll be able to take a spin through Hundred-Acre Wood to see Pooh and his best pals!
I hope this information helps, Katie, and that your vacation is filled with many pixie-dusted moments from start to finish. Please
visit again with more questions as your planning continues.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
