While I haven't purchased a ticket package exactly like you have, I usually buy our Disney Theme Park tickets from a military base ticket office which also uses exchange passes like what I think you have. The
My Disney Experience Mobile App is a pretty great vacation side-kick that can keep your vacation organized, help you locate destinations (and restrooms!) based on where you're standing thanks to the GPS in your device, and can book last-minute dining and attraction reservations while you're in the parks. I find that when I'm having trouble with the app, usually because a newer version was released and I'm that person who is terrible at updating her phone, I can still get everything accomplished in my My Disney Experience account on an actual computer.
