How can I update a ticket name in the Disneyland app?

Hi again, Sibylle! It’s so nice to be able to help you with another question about the Disneyland Resort!

The Disneyland app is such an incredible tool to use when navigating the parks. I use it all the time to check wait times, select FASTPASSES with Disney MaxPass, make dining reservations, locate the nearest restroom, and so much more. When linking regular theme park tickets to the app, you have the option to include a name. Once a name is associated with that ticket in the app, it cannot be changed. However, the name in the app is mostly to help you stay organized; it does not have to be the actual name of the person using the ticket. The official way a ticket is linked to a Guest is when your paper ticket is first issued or used at the parks and a Cast Member takes your photo.

Since you’re already pretty familiar with the Disneyland app, be sure to check out the new mobile order feature when you are at the parks. With mobile ordering you will submit your order from anywhere in the parks, tap a button in the app to alert the restaurant to prepare your meal, and then you pick up your freshly prepared food at a specified window…all without waiting in line. It will save you oodles of time!

I hope this information was helpful. Have a wonderful time at the Disneyland Resort!
