Can I update my single day ticket to a park hopper the day of my reservation if we decide we want to go to both parks?

Hey there, hi there, Cree! Welcome to planDisney. The countdown to magic has begun!

In just a few days you will be at Disneyland Resort and I like how you are already thinking ahead that you might want to double your fun with a Park Hopper. The short answer is yes, you can decide to upgrade your tickets to a Park Hopper on the day of your reservation. The longer answer is yes, but a few things are important to remember. You must upgrade your ticket to a Park Hopper before you enter the park. Once you scan your ticket and enter the park it is a used ticket and cannot be upgraded. The other thing you want to remember is that upgrading your ticket to a Park Hopper will mean you will need to make a new theme park reservation for that ticket. It's important you double-check to make sure there are still reservations available for that day.

If reservations are available, I definitely recommend a Park Hopper. There is so much to see and experience with the Disney100 Celebration going on in Disneyland Park, as well as the newest attraction, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. There's also Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, which is not to be missed and the best place to head once your hunger strikes for all the delicious bites and drinks.

Cree, thanks for stopping by! See you real soon!
