Disney's Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
As a fellow runner, I'm also interested to know if and when Lookout Cay might be offering an official 5K run! As of today, there is no official 5K on the island. However, you will find paths that you can walk or run to get some miles in while you are visiting Lookout Cay. I recommend that you drop by the Guest Services Desk to get the most up-to-date information for your sailing once you embark on the ship.
Your ship will be equipped with a
fitness center. You'll find weights and a variety of cardio equipment there. I've trained for a race using the treadmills onboard and have been happy to have a view of the sea while running. My favorite time to swing by the gym is late morning, after the first wave of gym-goers has finished their workouts.
