How do we update the identification for guest info that's already been reviewed/verified? We would like to upload/bring our kids' new passports (which we didn't have at check-in) vice their birth certificates.

Ahoy, Tommy, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

How wonderful that you'll be setting sail so soon! I'm sure your excitement is building as the calendar ticks closer to embarkation day! Now, since it sounds like you've already completed your online check-in with the birth certificates for your children, you'll want to visit the "My Reservations" section of your Disney Cruise Line account to update their passport information.

There you likely will see a green check icon that reads, "You're Checked In!" Under that heading, look for the blue wording: "Modify Check In." When you click on that, you'll be taken to a screen showing your sailing information. By scrolling down, you should see the section that says, "Guest Information." When you click on"Guest Information," everyone in your stateroom should be visible. In this section, you can modify your travel documents by individually clicking on the "edit" button beside each name and then clicking on "Citizenship."

Tommy, I hope this helps as you're preparing to set sail with Captain Mickey (or Minnie)! As you're updating all of your documents, please make sure to double-check that all of the legal names match and that you have completed all necessary steps by following the prompts.

If you have any additional questions, please point that compass in the direction of planDisney and come on back!

Wishing you fair winds & following seas,
    Lauren
