There are two options for updating your personal information within My Disney Experience. You can update by accessing your My Disney Experience online account or by downloading and logging in to the My Disney Experience mobile app.
If updating your address or email address in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the icon that shows three lines in the lower right-hand side of the screen. Once you are directed to the new screen, scroll down, and tap “My Profile.” To change your address, choose “Contact Information.” You will be able to update your home address, shipping address, if different from your home address, as well as your phone number. If you need to update your email address, choose the “Account Settings” icon. You can also update your information in the
My Disney Experience site on a web browser. However, I find it easiest to update my information on the mobile app.
You will only be able to update the address or email address of the people that you manage. If your friends or family need to update their personal information and you do not manage their account, they will have to update their information by logging in to their own My Disney Experience Account.
