Heidi, I had to smile at your question. This speaks to me on so many levels. I am locked out of so many of my past email accounts - it is hard to keep track.
Because you aren't able to access your old email address for the code, Heidi, you'll have to reach out to a Cast Member to assist you with the next steps. You can contact the web support line at (407) 939-4357. All you'll need to do is explain your situation and they will be more than happy to help you out. Phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. each day. I do encourage you to set your alarm bright and early because wait times do tend to creep up during the day. The earlier you can call, the less you'll have to wait on hold.
