    Hi! Any update on when Disney Genie+ will launch in Disneyland?

    Hello Heather!

    Welcome to planDisney, where real Disney Guests just like you are here to answer your trip planning questions! I was so hoping Disney’s Genie and Genie+ would launch for our visit a few weeks ago. While I wasn’t so lucky, it looks like you are, Heather! You’ll be happy to hear that Disney’s Genie+ launched last week on December 8, 2022!

    To get ready to experience all the magic on your upcoming vacation, be sure to download the most recent version of the Disneyland App to your mobile device. You can even select the attractions you want to prioritize now! I recommend looking over Genie in the app to familiarize yourself with it before the day of your visit. Once you have entered the park for the day, you’ll be able to purchase Genie+ for the day and select your first Lightning Lane attraction.
