how do i update my DAS PASS for my upcomming visit

    Hi Jack,

Welcome to planDisney! The Disability Access Service (DAS) is a wonderful tool provided for Guests whose disabilities make waiting in traditional queues difficult. As the mama of an Autistic Mouseketeer, we're so thankful for this and all of the other wonderful services for Guests with disabilities that make the Walt Disney World Resort a magical place for everyone!

If it has been more than 60 days since you last qualified for DAS, you'll need to re-register for your upcoming trip. You may still stop by Guest Services once you arrive if you'd like to wait to get it all set up, but there's also now a convenient way to register ahead of time! You'll simply video chat with a Cast Member 2-30 days prior to your arrival, and they'll be able to get everything all set up for you. The other perk for registering ahead of time is that you'll be able to select a return time for up to two attractions per day ahead of time with DAS Advance. Pretty sweet, huh? Perhaps my favorite update to the service, though, is that you'll now be able to use the handy dandy My Disney Experience app to make your return-time selections. So convenient!

Thanks so much for bringing your important question to us here at planDisney, Jack, and please let us know if we can help with anything else. I hope you have a truly magical vacation sometime soon!
