I have had the same thing happen on occasion with my credit card on file expiring before we visited
Walt Disney World Resort. Sometimes it has happened because the credit card I held the Walt Disney World Resort vacation with I no longer wanted to use that one for one reason or another.
The good news is that you can change the credit card used, and the process is quick and painless using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. After selecting the three lines at the bottom right, choose “My Profile” then “Payment Method,” and log in. From there, you can “edit” the card (if you only need to change the expiration date) or add another card.
