    Can I update my billing information online

    Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us! 

    Updating billing information (such as payment method and billing address) is easier than trying to pronounce “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”! If you are logged into the Disneyland website, simply go into your account and select “Payment Method” (to update the credit card on file) or “Account Settings” to update the address book. If you are on the Disneyland app, click on the (≡) icon on the bottom right side of your home screen. Then scroll down to “My Profile” and select the appropriate account modification link! “All it takes is faith and trust!” 

    If you wish to update billing information for monthly payments for a Magic Key, then an additional step may be necessary to update your payment method. “In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun”. To update the monthly payment method for a Magic Key, you can speak with a Cast Member on the Monthly Payments line. They will happily assist Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST (hours and dates subject to availability).
