Can I update my balance at the Disney park location?

Hi there, Carlos, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I always enjoy helping my fellow Californians, so let’s get started!

Since you’re a California resident, it sounds like you may be asking about making an additional monthly payment toward your Disneyland Resort Annual Passport. Monthly Payments are valid for California residents living in ZIP codes 90000-96199 with valid ID. If this is the case, then I’m happy to report that you are welcome to make an extra payment toward your balance at any Main Entrance Ticket Booth location. Just keep in mind that only the person whose name is on the Monthly Payment contract may provide a new credit card or debit card number, if you wish to do so. Also, the additional payment you make would go toward your overall balance, and wouldn’t change your monthly payment amount; instead, it would shorten the length of the Monthly Payment term. Should you have any additional questions about the Monthly Payment process, please call Annual Passport Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800) 410-4656, and a Cast Member would be happy to assist you!

It’s such an exciting time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth, Carlos! Have you had a chance to check out Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance yet? It’s the most unique, ground-breaking attraction I’ve been lucky enough to experience, and I hope you feel the same way! If you plan to visit Batuu to check out this epic attraction, I recommend arriving about an hour before park opening in order to give yourself enough time to get through security and into the front gates, since you have to be scanned into Disneyland Park in order to attempt to nab a Boarding Group on the Disneyland app at park opening.

In addition, the Disneyland Resort welcomes a brand-new parade on February 28, 2020, called the “Magic Happens” Parade! I can’t wait to see the new floats and hear the new soundtrack! That same day, the 2020 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival makes its debut at Disney California Adventure Park. I can’t wait to check out the delicious cuisine, beverages, and culinary demonstrations!

Please stop by with any additional questions, Carlos… I’m all EARs!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 8, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
