When you update your annual pass online, can you still use the same annual pass card?

Hi there, Fallen, and welcome to planDisney!

We’re so glad you stopped by to ask us your question. It’s always a pleasure to chat with a fellow Annual Passholder, and I’m here to help unlock all the magic that comes with your pass!

If you're renewing or upgrading your Annual Pass online, you can absolutely continue using the same physical pass card you already have. Once the update is complete in your My Disney Experience account, your current card will reflect those changes. No need to replace it unless you want to!

That handy dandy card is linked to your account, so whether you’ve extended your expiration date or moved up to a different pass tier, you’re ready to scan, tap, and stroll right into the magic.

Of course, if your card is worn out, lost, or you simply want a fresh one, you can stop by any Guest Relations location at the theme parks or Disney Springs and request a replacement.

I hope this gives you the pixie-dusted green light to update and tap away with confidence! If you ever need help making the most of those Passholder extras, from special dining discounts to exclusive previews, you know where to find us.

Wishing you a year full of magical moments and unforgettable park days!

    See ya real soon,
    Emille
